They used to be much faster and clearer in their refund process. But I had to wait a long time until I received the refund from VietJet. They did not notice me about it, so I had to ask every time in the chat how the current process is. I think this should be more seamless. But still a good service.

I don’t know who gave this app 5 stars but it certainly does not deserve it. Neither does the travel agency.

⚠️ DO NOT I REPEAT, DO NOT! BOOK ANY TRIPS USING THIS SERVICE ⚠️

Not only do they recommend, even though cheaper, inconvenient trips that do not work - they recommended me a one stop connection trip with one hour lay over where I had to re-check in my baggage and, I admit I am new to traveling so I thought it would be fine but because of a delay in the first flight I had to miss the second. And then after researching I found out NO OTHER TRAVEL AGENCY RECOMMENDS CONNECTED TRIPS WITH LESS THAN 2 HOURS LAYOVER IF U NEED TO RE-CHECK IN. What a scam!

Besides that, the service is beyond bad. The airline canceled one of my flights and immediately sent a full refund which I confirmed with the airline multiple times and I had more than enough proof which I gave to the agency and even then they REFUSED to give me my refund. If I didn’t alert them to my flight being canceled and the airline sending refund they would not have told me at all! I had to contact them EVERYDAY to ask for my refund and they repeatedly lied to me and gave me false timelines & information. They kept “urging” my case and telling me to wait but if I didn’t contact them I don’t think I would have ever gotten my refund.

They do not let you speak to any manager or someone that might know more about your case and when I asked for a manager THEY LET ME SPEAK TO SOMEONE THAT CLAIMED WAS A MANAGER AND REASSURED ME I WOULD GET MY REFUND IN A WEEK BUT WHEN A WEEK PASSED AND I RECEIVED NOTHING AND CALLED AGAIN THEY INFORMED ME THERES NO MANAGER WITH THAT NAME!

So this company was also playing me for a fool! I thankfully got my refund 4 months after the airline confirmed they sent the refund back to the agency and that only happened because I kept calling everyday. Horrible experience. Horrible service. If you see this app or website don’t even THINK of using it.
