【IT Trains】
Most tickets on the official Trenitalia and Italo websites can be booked on Trip.com. These tickets cover more than 90% of routes within Italy, as well as cross-border routes between Italy and France, Switzerland, and other destinations. Enjoy the convenience of real-time train info and e-tickets, and book in advance to save on fares. Plus, when you book trains in our app, you won't have to pay any booking fees.
【Trip Map】
Finding your way between airports, hotels, stations, and attractions too chaotic? Make Trip.com your travel assistant. Trip Map is a DIY feature you can use to visually display travel routes. Just tap to view your personal map, distances, and itinerary times, and even optimize your route.

Horrible Service, just a terrible travel experience.
I don’t know who gave this app 5 stars but it certainly does not deserve it. Neither does the travel agency.
⚠️ DO NOT I REPEAT, DO NOT! BOOK ANY TRIPS USING THIS SERVICE ⚠️
Not only do they recommend, even though cheaper, inconvenient trips that do not work - they recommended me a one stop connection trip with one hour lay over where I had to re-check in my baggage and, I admit I am new to traveling so I thought it would be fine but because of a delay in the first flight I had to miss the second. And then after researching I found out NO OTHER TRAVEL AGENCY RECOMMENDS CONNECTED TRIPS WITH LESS THAN 2 HOURS LAYOVER IF U NEED TO RE-CHECK IN. What a scam!
Besides that, the service is beyond bad. The airline canceled one of my flights and immediately sent a full refund which I confirmed with the airline multiple times and I had more than enough proof which I gave to the agency and even then they REFUSED to give me my refund. If I didn’t alert them to my flight being canceled and the airline sending refund they would not have told me at all! I had to contact them EVERYDAY to ask for my refund and they repeatedly lied to me and gave me false timelines & information. They kept “urging” my case and telling me to wait but if I didn’t contact them I don’t think I would have ever gotten my refund.
They do not let you speak to any manager or someone that might know more about your case and when I asked for a manager THEY LET ME SPEAK TO SOMEONE THAT CLAIMED WAS A MANAGER AND REASSURED ME I WOULD GET MY REFUND IN A WEEK BUT WHEN A WEEK PASSED AND I RECEIVED NOTHING AND CALLED AGAIN THEY INFORMED ME THERES NO MANAGER WITH THAT NAME!
So this company was also playing me for a fool! I thankfully got my refund 4 months after the airline confirmed they sent the refund back to the agency and that only happened because I kept calling everyday. Horrible experience. Horrible service. If you see this app or website don’t even THINK of using it.
