Wolt Delivery: Food and more 12+

One annoying thing about the app is that once you receive an order, it immediately shows you the order feedback screen with no option to close it without completely dismissing it. This is a problem because if you have questions about the delivery content, you can't go and check the menu or the order in order history before leaving the review. You have to either leave the review without opening the menu or dismiss the review and lose the possibility to give feedback. An annoying part of customer journey!

I've been using this app for a year from time to time when I don't have the opportunity to cook or don't have time. At the moment I live in Cyprus and the problem with the quality of food and service here is acute, but what Wolt does is a separate story. a huge number of times I have come across poor quality restaurants and grocery stores, for example, ordering delivery from a store will not put you what you paid for and you will need to deal with it through the support service. Which I basically closed my eyes to, but what happened last time forced me to write this review. Inside the Wolt delivery application there is a rating of the establishments whose services they offer, so this rating is not real or true, wolt does not want to check the quality, thereby making sure that the rating is real. My last order was from restaurant with a rating of 9.4, when I made an order, the application showed me 25-35 minutes of waiting, but in fact each time the time lasted and lasted, because of which I had to leave my business and just wait, as a result I waited 1 hour 10 minutes. When the food arrived, it was cold and of terrible quality. Of course, I wrote to support, from which I received a reply in at least an hour. The text was like this, sorry blah blah blah, here's 10 euros for you. Although the order was for the amount of 27€.

I used wolt 4 times until now, first time the food arrived in one hour and thirty minutes, it was supposed to be delivered within 20 minutes according to the information provided once I placed my order. Despite that I was watching the driver doing other deiveries for one hour and until he brought ours food was cold and messed up in the containers. Second order was also late by 20-30 minutes and there were also missing items, so we had to go and pick the rest of the order our selves from the shop as wolt only offered tokens as compensation and refund. The third time it was only late and the fourth and last time we used it, it was late by one hour, food was missing and when we called the shop to report the matter they have also threaten us and hang up the phone. This things never happened to simillar service providers! Ridiculous and irresponsible attitude and bahvior, I do not know who even allowed those managing wolt in Cyprus to use the brand here as this is not the experience we have from wolt from every other country we have used it!
