Some bugs

1) When I change region for my account in one device. It didn’t change it in another device or it didn’t ask me to login again. Just because it is the same account this behaviour is strange
2) when I change region I lost a device maybe it is okey:)

A slow let down

After 2 yrs of usage I can say that I am let down, with the app being in the centre of it all.

Mistaken live updates about where the mop is, having to reset the application for it to work properly, removal of quality of life features like remote device controlling while not on the same network, requests for map resetting out of the blue that if accepted are wrong and more on the front end part.

Now also after 2 yrs of using vacuum mop p, the vacuum after a point started exhibiting increasingly more warnings for the same exact map. From it being unable to climb over mops and ledges that it could easily do now it simply gives up. Throws that wheels are suspended where it simply just bumps a furniture. It has become unusable on its own at best and in need for a babysitter.

The last part will be posted on the vendor as well as your official site because it is embarrassing how fast it deteriorated let alone your lack of updates even for quality of life things.

Very good app

The app’s functionality overall is very good. My only issue is that the User interface could be improved in some areas. For example when using dark mode theme, the app bar action buttons for my Mop pro are black on a dark gray background which made it difficult to see
