HOME-BASED YOGA WORKOUTS
Yoga-Go offers simple home-based yoga workouts that won't take up too much of your time. You can start a workout wherever you are and Yoga-Go workouts only take 7-30 minutes per session.
SUBSCRIPTION INFO
You can download the app for free. Further use requires a subscription. At our discretion, we may decide to offer you a free trial per the terms displayed in the app. Please note that:
• When opting for a subscription, you pay the fixed price for your country which is displayed in the app.
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID Account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within the 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
• You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your account settings after purchase.
• When canceling a subscription, your subscription will stay active until the end of the current period. Auto-renewal will be disabled but the current subscription will not be refunded.
In addition to the purchased subscription, we may offer you add-on items (e.g. health guides) for an additional fee, either as a one-off or recurring payment. This purchase is optional: your subscription is not conditional on such a purchase. All such offers will be displayed in the app.

I wanted to unsubscribe but it didn’t give me the option . The support wasn’t helpful at all and took to long to answer ( still waiting )

Subscription
I did not access or use this app but I was charged for a subscription without my authorization

Hello, thanks for your comment! The app has an auto-renewable plan, so that is why you were charged again as soon as the new period started. Please note that all the billing information is always indicated on the payment screen before the purchase is confirmed. Please reach out to our support team if you need more details.

If you appear to be logged out when you have an active subscription, please just insert your personal details as if you’re a new user, but when you get to the payment screen, click on the 'Restore purchase' button (at the bottom of the payment screen) to be able to get back to your account and continue using the app.
