Поддержка непомогает
Худшая поддержка. Деактивировали аккаунт, а у меня на нем банки, учётки - вся моя жизнь! Через поддержку отказались восстанавливать, хотя я им и паспортные данные и платежные чеки предоставил, что это именно я!
Приложение лежит
Почти неделю приложение не работает, а не работает конкретно смена условий тарифа. На сайте зайти в личный кабинет не могу, тк переводит в моб.приложение, а приложение-умерло. Который день не могу сменить тариф, даже элементарно его оплатить. Ужасное приложение, пошла и подключила другого оператора
