Description
The ČSOB Smart Key will make it easier for you to log in and confirm payments in internet banking, as well as card payments in e-shops, or remote verification when calling the Infoline or a bank branch. You don't have to wait for a confirmation SMS and then rewrite the code from it. With the Smart Key, notifications will pop up immediately and you will confirm the request with a Face ID, fingerprint, or numerical PIN.

Please fix this
Before the last update, the app automatically opened when there was any request to be confirmed. Since the update, I have to manually open tha app and then confirm.
So in order to log in my CSOB online banking on my MacBook, I need to open the website, use touch ID on my Mac to fill in the credentials and then reach for my phone, find the Smart klic app, open it, use FaceID to confirm the request and then I can finally proceed to my online banking.
I had no complaints about the app whatsoever before the update but now it bothers me a little. Please fix this and I will gladky improve tha rating, thank you!
Good idea, but..
Idea of this app is pretty good - it saves a lot of time and typing, but! App can handle just one key pairing, which is unacceptable. I need to operate more accounts, so I need to switch keys all the time. It would be atleast okay, if I could sign to internet banking without smart key, but thats not possible any longer. Please add option to handle more keys.

Thank you for your feedback. If your device allows more profiles or separated secure folders you can install and activate more Smart Keys on 1 device. Then you can switch between them.
Forced usage
I was forced to use this application because I was unable to access my bank account almost for month. According to bank call center I have 2 options: 1) install and use application. 2) transfer account to another bank. So the aplication can’t get better than 1 star. Let imagine that you are 70 years old (not my case) and you have to use something designed by 30 year old manager without any experience. Thank you.
