“新闻”“专题”两大板块为新闻宣传报道和专题评论专栏。以文字、图片、短视频等形式，全方位呈现北辰重大政策措施、地区发展成果、百姓幸福生活。
“问政”为群众反映问题的政务服务功能，网民可以将遇到的问题反映至区长或区委书记，并通过查询码对问题进行结果查询。
“融媒”版块依托天津日报和北辰区融媒体中心的资源优势，提供天津日报、北辰之声、电视、广播的新闻节目，为用户带来便捷高效的阅读和丰富的视听体验。
“服务”版块， 分为“政府服务”、“本地服务”和“公共服务”三个栏目，为用户提供不同领域的信息查询服务。
“北辰号”版块，与全区所有重要的微信公众号资源做到接口数据对接，全区所有重要的微信公众号资源入驻，全天候提供各种资讯。
