该软件通过用户手机直接下载，自行录入企业信息或个人信息，人员通过应用可以实现查找工作、考勤打卡以及工作管理等延伸功能的使用，起到了信息快速采集、即时更新、数据统计，人员管理和工作应用的作用，大大的提高了政府的工作效率。
