嘉義縣政府為加速建築執照審查效率及審照進度透明化，與嘉義縣建築師公會分工合作，落實審照行政與技術分立制度。
自108年8月1日起實施建照預審制度,送審查案件可由嘉義縣建築師公會收件並預先審查建照技術部分,通過後進入縣府審查行政部分,陳核決行後即可發照。
建管得來速APP緊密結合建管系統行政流程，結合建築師公會預審案件，以一碼通方式，提供建照執照申請進度推播、站牌式進度及補正通知內容顯示等，即時訊息服務。
