·青培艺术展演是由北京库客音乐股份有限公司、北京国际音乐节文化传播有限公司、北京拿索斯文化传播有限公司、中国交响乐发展基金会、蜻蜓FM联合打造的艺术学习、分享及展示的平台。
·青培艺术展演全称为“青少年艺术家培养计划”，项目于2021年正式启动。青培艺术展演致力于在提升中国青少年艺术美育素养的同时，为其搭建走进艺术殿堂的平台；在挖掘新时代卓越艺术人才的同时，为中国艺术的可持续发展、促进艺术从“高原”迈向“高峰”积蓄卓越的后备力量。青培艺术展演通过挖掘、展示、交流的培养机制，通过艺术的展现方式，以期帮助青少年健全“各美其美、美人之美、美美与共、天下大同”的艺术素养与人格发展理念。
