Language
I’m a foreigner living in Czech Republic. The apps is very good but I don’t see any option to change the language. Every country should also have an English language option. So please set an option to make the language English so that we the foreigner can use it as user friendly. Thank you
Never order there again
I have been using this platform to order quite many times and recently I placed the order which was cancelled with the reason that there is no clothes which I ordered. When I went to check it I saw that the clothes which I ordered are available.
So they sell you things which they don’t have it. It brings me as a customer a lot of inconvenience. Such a disappointment. At least I place the order on another platform which seems way more truth worth that this one. Will never order at about you again!

We regularly update the products availability information, but due to the high demand, sometimes individual products sell out super quick. In such case, please always contact our Customer service, they will be able to solve the problem.

Little things
Shop is nice. Unfortunately, the app is not perfect. It looks weird on faceid phones, some screens are just web views.. But the worst thing is when you make an order and the app chooses the wrong address. It would be nice, if it used the last one used in previous order, not just the default one, because this caused me to order the package to the wrong address. PPL being the worst courier ever is always unpleasant and won't deliver it elsewhere.
