Missing scheduled start
Old app offered scheduled start and delayed start.
New app offers only delayed. Hopefully it’s gonna show in some update 😊.

Hello! The new AEG app is the successor to "My AEG Care" app. Therefore, we highly recommend to start using latest version of our new AEG app for your laundry. Very bad
It's impossible to have one device on two phones. That limits the usage so much. If the device is already connected to the network, I cannot simply add it. I have to reset it's wifi settings and reconnect it on the other phone. But I have to remove it in the previous phone. That makes it quite useless. Also the walkthrough while connecting is inconsistent for different devices. Why? Washing machine and dryer. Both same product line. For dryer there is reasonable manual, but for washing machine it just writes: look to manual how to switch it to AP mode.

Please login with the same account in both phones and all your appliances will be controllable from both phones. We are working on multiuser support, coming in the future.
Useless, doesn’t connect
The instructions to connect the washer and dryer to WiFi do not work, keeps reporting error ECPW003 but no details can be found anywhere. All other devices and appliances from different brands can be connected to WiFi without problems, but the most expensive AEG devices for thousands of € cannot be connected at all. This is horrible. And according to the reviews here, this is a common and well known problem that AEG just doesn’t care about and doesn’t repair it!

Hello! We're sorry to hear about your experience. The error code you provided means that the appliance can't reach the router. A few things to check: 1. do you have Wi-Fi coverage where you try to connect the product? 2. Do you have a 2.4GHz network active? 3. do you have parental control or MAC filtering active on your router?
