So bad
even though I completed the booking and payment for the upgraded seat more than two months ago, it is not possible to complete the check in the day before departure. I paid 12,000 miles / €80 for the seat of my choice and the app shows me that I'll probably be sitting somewhere else. This is the second time this has happened to me in a row.
The app also doesn't allow me to preview the seating chart on the plane the day before departure. However, the seat number that I have in my confirmation email after payment does not match the number that the app shows me the day before departure. So I can do absolutely nothing but wait to be surprised again before boarding the plane.

Just a piece S....
This is like the worst airline app ever, super slow, cluttered and when it comes to checking-in I never got a boarding pass directly and had to go to the counter. Simply “awesome”...you guys should look to the KLM app, it’s quite sad, that one airline holding can make a really good app that works perfectly for one part of the company, but for the other part it makes the absolutely piece of junk, that work like...well France.
And please, developers, get rid of that French chauvinistic attitude, I really don’t need the app in French when I first install it, when my phone is completely in English!!!! Everyone can do that and you’re really not anything special to not do this...
Very french...
App itself looks nice in first impression. But its very crapy. When you instal it, its in french by default. There is no visible button to change language, you need to find this posibility in menu which is in french of course. When you find it, all countries are in french. So you need to find somehow your country. Did you ever saw any french who changed language to for example czech? When you trying to create an account and you fil everything correctly a trying to save, you will get an error. But from error message you dont know whats wrong. So after few testings was only one solution. Erase app a never try it again. Very very french approach...
