Description
Mobile client to attendance, access and catering system Aktion.NEXT and Aktion CLOUD. It makes easy recording working time to service technicians, salesmen and other employees who work outside the workplace where is impossible to use the regular attendance terminal on identification card. Allows you to open the front door of the building if the user forgets the card. It is also possible to remotely open the door or gate to expected visitors.
Possibilities:
Evidence of beginning and end of working time
Enter interruptions or other salary elements (business trip, illness, vacation, home office, …)
Display the current monthly attendance report
Monitor the persons presence at the workplace
Meal ordering and Meal order Exchange (Aktion.NEXT, module Catering only)
Project/Client/Task time tracking (Aktion.NEXT, module Time Tracking only)

Log on with username and password
Users permissions according to the configuration in Aktion.NEXT server
Possibility to turn on PIN for selected functions (opening the door)
Recording GPS of the operations (attendance) including displaying the position in Google maps

Hodnocení
Aplikaci hodnotím ve spojitosti v politikou celkového fungování společnosti jako těžce nedostatečnou, až žalostnou. Menu přítomnost je v aplikaci nefunkční, vidim jen sám sebe. Po expiraci hesla vidim pouze white screen, čili nejsem schopny se znovu přihlásit .
Po spoustě námitek na funkčnost a přehlednost cele této “ docházky “ nam bylo sděleno, ze s tím společnost “ možná něco udělá “.
Tato docházka je mílový krok zpět. Spousta zbytečných a prázdných sloupců, nemožnost si je uspořádat kvůli právům, nemožnost hledání podle jména nadřízeného, nefunkční kategorie Přítomnost .
iOS 14
V iOS 14 nelze ovládat průchody. Vše ostatní je v pořádku.
Chyba přihlášení
V IOS 16.2 se nelze přihlásit i když mám správné přihlašovací údaje. Neustále píše zkontrolujte uživatelské jméno a heslo
