Ratings and Reviews
Great for shopping
Great and organized app, especially the “account” section. Things like disputes, reviews and confirmation of received goods are easily accessible. Also, reviews can be written in detail (1000 words) and with pictures, which is really useful. There is a really wide variety of things that you can find for sale, I feel like there is much more than on eBay (which I’ve been using before for a long time).
One bad thing is, the search engine can mess up sometimes and not show the most relevant results, or the full selection of what I am looking for.
My suggestion to improve
Now I have really bad experience with work with my basket. Why there is no deleting with sliding? When you need to delete something and forget check out all other items you will lose all needed. Also scrolling because of goods order due to trasport is very uncomfortable! The change of basket is worse and worse. Slowly shifting to Shein.
1. Have functionality to blocked bad sellers and their offers in my feed (who I had bad experience before) 2. Have information in case I already ordered previously from the seller (as eBuy has) 3. Compare the price with shipping included (as eBuy has) 4. Prohibit to sellers insert nonrelevant item on to the others just decrease searching price, not to have the range there but certain price I love the function - image search. What is not comfortable, that application doesn' t work (is not responsible) to iPad (it doesn't rotate automaticaly) when I'm searching something the results snow lower price than is in the project details and usualy there is shopping free, but in the details is not. I would prefer function as eBuy has to compare price shipping included.

I believe this app is excellent. I love the way is set up, easy to navigate. Great support. Love the fact that there is a secondary review after you have used the item some time as only then you notice the things that go wrong or are really super about it.
Love the similar items feature that will show you more options of pricing of the same item from other sellers. The reviews from other customers with photos of the actual product, great bonus.
