Can’t buy anything via this app?
I want to buy one title for my Kindle app, but I don’t see any “Buy” or “Add to the cart” button at all. But on a classic website I see “Buy now with 1-Click” button even at the same title. I really wonder why it is not possible to do this in app and how I can shop via this app. Here I see only “download sample” button .
Failing payment authorizations + mess with shipments
payment authorizations keep failing-the app stucks for minutes and shows wrong status of the orders after. Failed orders neither return to the cart nor list as cancelled. Very poor experience! Can’t schedule deliveries on later days,…
I ordered to UAE and the app showed no real status of the delivery by DHL who threatened to destroy my parcel. Unacceptable.
