Before you start exploring Jamaa, here is some important information for kids and parents:
- The Animal Jam game is free to play with parental permission.
- Parents can control players’ access to social features through their Parent Tools.

Animal Jam offers optional in-app purchases that cost real money. You can disable the in-app purchasing functionality by adjusting your device settings.

This app also offers Animal Jam recurring membership subscription options that cost real money. Most in-app features do not require this paid membership. However, in addition to exclusive member features in the app, paid subscription also includes membership in the AJ Classic web game.

If you choose to purchase a membership, your iTunes account will be charged when you confirm the purchase. Your Animal Jam subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of your current membership period. Your iTunes Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current subscription period. You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your iTunes Account Settings any time after purchase. No refunds or credits are given for any unused periods, and your subscription will remain active through the end of that month.

Minor bugs and crashes

I would give five stars but the game sometimes crashes when I open somebody's wish list or profile, happens the same and on pc. Please fix that bug so I can enjoy the game to its full potential, thank you in advance!

Hra je moc fajn. Mám 31 zvířat a tak ale protože jsem do toho vložila peníze. Jen mě štve že od doby co mám iPhone se mě nenačítáji bundle's (ta deska v sapphire shopu)

Unsafe

I’d have been much rather if I didn’t have to say this, but unfortunately my account of six plus years which I had since childhood has seemingly been hacked, resulting in the loss of many worthy items, such as pets, accessories, den items and more. I had to use real money to get the items I had and the amount I spent was not little. You can imagine how horrible I felt when I opened up the game just to see all of that hard work and money gone. Of course I tried to contact the game but the only response I got made me even more mad than the theft itself, not only was the email seemingly a copy-paste, telling me not to do things I wrote that I did NOT do as well as recommending things I have already done. And to top it all off I was told that no items can be returned, nor did I get any compensation. Now to clarify, I am an IT student and have a good understanding of the risks of Internet as well as games such as this one, I know very well not to share my information etc, and yet this still happened - to me, now imagine how easy it is for something like this to happen to a kid. I also play a lot of games on several platforms (PC, PS5, mobile) and I have to say this has never happened to me on any other game, nor anything similar. Simply this game clearly has safety issues, malicious users and very unhelpful client service. Do with this information what you will, but be warned. I looked into this issue on the internet and found several other people who share the same experience, in fact way too many for me to ever put trust in this game again. I’m canceling my membership and uninstalling the game, frankly I advice you don’t trust this app, especially if you are spending money on it.
