Smart Banka app is a free mobile banking app which offers quick and easy way to manage your bank accounts from your phone. You can open our Tom checking account without the need to visit one of our branches. You will have easy access to our services, check your balance, make payments, top up your credit, or find the nearest branch. You can log in using a PIN or via Touch ID. Your PIN will also be used to confirm payment orders which eliminates the need for mobile confirmation. Both downloading and using the app is completely free of charge.
Download the app from your App Store, pair with your Internet Banka using the instructions within the app, and start using it.
Je to bezpečné? Ano, útoky na mobilní aplikace jsou všeobecně velmi komplikované. Vstup do aplikace i platby jsou chráněny pomocí 4 - 8-místného PIN, které nikdo jiný než vy nezná. Smart Banka je kromě toho při komunikaci se serverem banky zabezpečena šifrováním.
Is it safe?
Yes. Digital attacks are very complicated. Logging into the app and payment orders are protected by 4-8 digit PIN number which only you know. Smart Banka also uses encrypted communication with the bank servers.

• The 'Pay Me' feature in Multibanking - Make it easier for yourself to send payment information to your accounts with other banks. Create a QR Payment Order for any account added to the Smart Banka and send it to the person who is supposed to pay you, for example via SMS, Email, Messenger or WhatsApp. You can now use the Pay Me feature for all accounts in their menus or in the desktop widget, which can be enabled in Advanced Features of Smart Banka’s settings.
• Take a picture of account numbers or IBAN - Did you get an invoice without a QR code? Don’t waste time by typing out the account number, just take a picture of it. The app can read the numbers and fill it in for you. You can find the feature in the menu under "Payment".
• Upload documents conveniently - Now you do not need to visit a branch to present an ID or proof of income while applying for a loan or an overdraft. The app allows you to upload documents conveniently online. Once we have verified the uploaded documents, we will let you know and you can continue with the online application.

Everything is fine with the app. It never crashes and offers many options.
The unique handicap is not allowing money transfers on the € accounts. It does it only on the czk one.

Great up BUT really one BIG annoying feature
I am using this app on daily basis. And it worked like a charm. Until recent update everything was user friendly. Now, each time you log on, at the very top of the app pops up an window with credit proposal. And after the proposal is cleared by user and the screen is updated, guess what? Yes, the credit proposal jumps right back on you. VERY ANNOYING! I understand that MONETA bank wants to lure customers in new credit loans. But doing it in such an aggressive way is, in my book, pretty low. So if I can ask for a kindnesses, please make it possible for user to choose, if the user wants to be bothered with such non welcomed adds. Thank you.
One missing option
Hello, for me almost everything working fine. Design, simplicity, security... just one thing is missing and I guess, it is not only my personal issue. I think, overhelmimg majority of people have more than one account and I did not found the option to log in to the more than the only one account. Does developers plan to update this app and add this option?
