Error joining the events and multiplayer

Hey the game is great I have got 49 cars, but always when I turn it on I can’t join any multiplayer or events even when I am on a strong WiFi please check on my account

Great game with Major gameplay flaws

It plays well thought out and elaborated, but even after all these years it still has its flaws, and this mainly applies to playing, as many mats contain Laghi or places where you simply wreak yourself for unknown reasons, or things happen in multiplayer such as you cannot wreak your opponent's car but your opponent wreaks you it wreaks only by touch or other nonsense like the opponent's car of the same model is 2x faster than yours. The game also has one big minus, which is that things like technical support and Tickets don't work or in short you never get them, if you are lucky enough to get an answer from the support, their most common answer is that you have a slow device or a bad internet connection . The GAME is based on the principle of who PAYS PLAYS. And to make matters worse, the game doesn't do anything with hackers, so in events you will see that the best player completed the entire track in 1 second

Bureaucracy and Arrogance by Gameloft

Playing this game since 2014 and enjoying so much. Almost every day playing and making small progresses day by day. But! 5 days ago I was accused for game alternation and cheating and banned for 2 weeks, having on my screen very arrogant message how Gameloft cares about safe playing environment and how they must me, cheater, punish for unfair behavior and if I repeat it, they will ban me forever. Last sentence is about justified judgement in case of mistake and link, which didn’t work the first day. Finally, after some investigation I found a way to reach Gameloft support, made a ticket and .... nothing. 5 days silence.
I hate this bureaucracy being in hands of overloaded support who will have limited time to solve this issue somewhen finally, I hate to be under “supervision “ of obviously wrongly working and judging system . Just psychologically, how many people enjoy playing game for 5 years and suddenly starting to cheat?
So, finally, after 5 years playing, just frustration and anger.
