I love to use this app. I have to report a bug though. I couldn’t find a bug reporting in the app.

So lately any time I pause the book and then play it again, it just doesn’t play. I have to press the pause and play button couple times until it works again. It’s rather frustrating when I am using airpods. Please do something about it. Thanks

I’m very grateful for the app. However guys please make it a bit more easy to use, I’ve got two main tips which would incredibly help.

1) create a bookmark button, lots of people listening books want to save some interesting points throughout their journey

2) imagine this, majority of people using your app actually open it to listen already purchased books. So far I have experienced the need to click way too many times to start listening my book and maybe a bit too much of suggestions to buy a new one.
Look. If a customer likes your app and gets used to it, there is no reason not to buy a new title after finishing the current one, don’t push it too much and make it extremely easy to continue, save, and switch in between currently listening books.

1) Bookmarks was widely unused feauture so out development team did not include it in new app

2) When you start an app and you have already listened to any audiobook you have player with this book ready on the bottom of mainpage. The library is two clicks away. The main page is not about pushing our users to buy our audiobooks, more like to tell them what is new and what we have been working on. Lot of people waiting for next book of series etc, most importantly we are using main page to promote discount. User may want to buy new book right away for better price and listen to it later. Thank you for your opinion, I sent this concerns to out headquarters and we will look into it.

If you want to buy a book they force you to either pay for a monthly subscription (not worth it for occasional use) or they “send paying insctructions” to you email — to avoid in-app purchase fees to Apple. My payment did not come through for an unknown reason and the result of the transaction was never sent to me. I wanted an audiobook to listen before I sleep, I couldn’t complete the transaction within 5 minutes, so I have given up and just listened to music instead. Audioteka has lost a customer here.

Hello, the option to purchase from the app now works on entering an email address where payment instructions will arrive. This is not due to Apple's fees, but a change in the terms and conditions for selling digital content. We were therefore forced to either change the option or they would shut the app down from the store.
If the payment did not go through, it could have been a technical failure or downtime.
Please contact our customer support in case of any issues.
