A nice app for the best speakers. Let’s you customize the sound output (ie stronger beats, higher treble…) and update the speaker software

Beoplay H8 won’t connect

The Beoplay H8 can’t be added to the app - app insists on not being able to find my H8.
Googled this issue extensively, performed multiple resets of the app, headphones, Bluetooth, two different devices - no luck. There is no problem with pairing my H8 to iPhone or iPad Pro, it’s just the app.
Multiple users reported this issue, all are told to contact customer service. Nice products, nice sound, below average Bluetooth connectivity a awful software - that’s B&O in a nutshell.
