App can get better
I have been using benefit plus app and it is good and thankfully available in English.
One thing app can do is pick up your current location and show all shops featured in the city. Currently it shows distance from Prague (god knows why) . Also there should be sms notification when the transaction is done and not email notification.

Hi, thanks for your feedback. The offers are displayed according to "My Location" on the mobile phone. We have just now only confirmation by e-mail, we are considering another form for example push notification. Have a nice day, Jana, product dept.
Good but flawed
Hello, i’ve been using this app for like 2-3 years and it works fine. I just dont understand why cant you add the Benefit Plus card to your Apple Wallet. It would save me so much hassle from having to carry around my wallet and the physical card with me. Add that feature to the app itself. I want to see a button that says “add the card to Apple Wallet”. The reccomendations in the app itself are fine, just add a feature that shows you which supermarket chains accept the Benefit Plus card and keep the database updated. Literally all i expect from this app is to see where they accept the card and the ability to add the card to my apple wallet, so please make that happen. Sincerely, your average user.
Push notification needed
This app is missing push notification option for transactions. I always have to open my email before I can see the transaction. Hopefully this feature will be implemented in the future.
