beurer HealthManager 4+

Hi, i have two equipments connected to the application - blood pressure and weight. basically it is a miracle if the connection is made with one of the equipment. If you are so lucky then it is still making bugs. For example i have correct time on mobile and correct time on the blood pressure machine - but when i make the recording it is making date 3 months back. If i manually change the date for today the record is deleted. App is also claiming ability to connect to apple health - reality is no connection at all. I am seriously thinking to throw both equipment pr i will start using paper to make records. If I were buying some cheaper equipment i would be understanding these problems but beuer is not cheap.

I have bad experience with these products as well. It somehow worked one or two years before, but with the time experience is worse and worse. It is nearly impossible to transfer the data from device to the app, even for technical person. Not talking about what it is for common users. Smart features of my blood preasue and weight measure devices are literally no added value anymore. My next investment in health devices will be different brand and I would recommend that to anyone who has no experience with these devices. Beurer company obviously does not care about their current customers and is just taking advantage of former good name of the company.

Does not work properly. Bluetooth connection works once from 5 attempts. Forgetting the password (when changing the phone) means automatically loosing the workability at all. The system offers sending the new password but it takes so long that you have to check the email all the time not to miss the password deadline and even though no success with log in. Sort of a Catch 22 app. Given the price of the scale it is really nothing but shame. You should work on it quite hard!
