The breath course allows for one to one contact with the app developer to check in - in real time allowing to work individually in order to improve and or correct your progress, thus adding added value to this fantastic app.

The app also has a great one time purchase of a 2 day Detox Course to help you to transition towards better health and wellness in simple steps.

All of the courses are designed simply and are easy to use, allowing you to progress step by step.

A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing.
