Stupid logic
Too long to register, you have to have credit on your account. It’s not possible to pay actual ammount of distance you used it and when you want your money back, cause you’re a turist and wont be coming any time soon. Customer service tells you that it’s not possible to refund you your unused credit, because it was “partially” used.

The Worst UX. Never use this app!
We’ve spent 15 minutes trying to register just to ride fro 5minutes? Come on! The sign in process is from 2012: 20 fields to enter, scanning your ID, lots of errors to fix, adding the credit card, toping it up. Developers, are you serious? It’s not 2012. You can register with Tier in 2m and will cost the same. So, don’t waste your time downloading the app.
Never more!!!
Terrible map with no parking view. Impossible going back. App has bad gps and can't see you in the parking lot. Hitting the green square is a real experience. Lack of parking spaces. Expensive - you drive through a lot when looking for a parking zone.
