Seal+Track complements the reusable container system from BITO Lagertechnik.
The BITO MB container is a transport container which can be safely closed by seals. This protects the content from unauthorized access. The seals (BITO MBP3 seals) are printed with consecutively numbered laser barcodes. Each seal is unique and manipulations are impossible.
The Seal+Track app as a free feature is for convenient transfer and adjustment of the barcode information.
Procedure: The shipper closes the containers with the barcoded seals, launches the Seal+Track app and scans all seal codes of a shipment with the smartphone. All numbers are loaded onto a Cloudserver.
The shipper then sends an e-mail to the recipient with a link that displays all scanned code numbers. The receiver can also download the numbers into his app on his smartphone.
When the goods are received, the barcode seals are scanned again by the receiver via the Seal+Track app and automatically synchronized with the barcode data of the sender. If a number matches, a green hook appears behind it, if the hook does not appear, this points to a manipulation of the corresponding container on the transport path.
The app also makes it possible to provide additional information, e.g. Order numbers, recipient data, purpose, comments, etc., and / or to send them.
