BlaBlaCar: Carpooling and Bus 4+

Great idea, very good for all parties. Just need more options for driver stop setup (better definition of stops) and more options in definition price (driver to choose max price or lower level of price and currency. Its bad that driver see price in different currency than traveller and then need to calculate is it correct his amount....). Maybe more words for notes related to ride or oportunity to define max. luggage size (some travellers use too big suit case - luggage)....in other things is perfect and I strongly recommend this application also without suggestions above.

We all know what this app is aiming for, hence we using it. It is true that it seems to be better in the past. App is now crashing lot of times. Setting exact place on map is annoying, because it is taking extra time, but I see your point there. What is most annoying for me is the fact that people can cancel their trip even when ride started- driver is on the road and don’t have a time for checking new notifications. Also these people can do this just like that, no consequence at all. They just cancel the trip and that’s it. Would be fair if they want to cancel the trip, they need to set a reason why they done so and driver to agree or disagree with this. This to me is big disadvantage towards driver, seat in car is blocked and 5 minutes before pickup time seat is cancelled. You are wasting your time, plus due to new system, maybe you have taken longer road to pickup this person (maybe even with other passengers already on board, whom were so kind and agree on the longer trip) that never showed up. And you cannot contact them or leave feedback, system just delete them from trip like if they never booked.
You should think about it guys, this is not hop on hop off service. Idea behind app is great, just app need to be polished bit more.

I’ve been both a passenger and driver for Blablacar since about 2019 and have had both very good and very bad experiences of both kinds. The reviews people leave on profiles are not reliable, since both parties must review each other. For example, I recently left a review of a man who was sick in my car and told me the next day that he had COVID. I caught it from him, which ruined my entire summer. Had he been responsible, he would have warned me of the risk! Anyway, the point is I left a poor review in his profile and since he hasn’t “accepted,” it, it does not appear in his profile. That’s not good.
