WHEN SHOULD I USE CBT?

Not that great

This app seems good but pretty useles if you don’t want to pay for it. It’s practicaly just a mood tracking app that allows you to put in how you feel and all the other things are paid for as far as I can tell.

Hi there! You have pretty accurately described the app: we have a lot of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy tools in the app, but the only one we make free is our mood-tracking tool.
To see or use more of the content made by psychologists we do have monthly or annual subscriptions. We add new videos & exercises constantly to try and make it worth subscribing.
