Worst update ever
After last update app in background and where i put it again on top is few seconds freezzing. No respons to touch. Nothing. So i am afraid if surfing on web or texting i can loose order like if i am non active

ISSUES
The waiting area in the vicinity of airport in Prague is very small. Since you introduced queue in the airport , the app works awfully there. You cannot switch/turn on other categories while being in a queue. The app might give you an order from outside the airport and if you decline it you will loose your position in the waiting line. The same applies when you go offline and decide to turn it back on immediately or when you cancel an order. Loosing your position in queue is very very annoying, you end up waiting for hours and then loosing your position because of a mistake in the app. Also whats the point of having a line up and different categories, get rid of economy in the airport, so that everyone would have equal opportunities!
The surge in general works badly as well. Tell me whats the logic of increasing the "pets" category together with "bolt" but not increasing the "comfort" category simultaneously? This results in "comfort" being cheaper than "bolt" and everyone starts ordering comfort instead, which again gives unequal opportunities for the drivers, since not everyone has "comfort" category. Whenever the surge shows 2x you often get orders with 1.7x instead, whats displayed is often not a real representation.
Please fix your bugs!
Driver apo shut downs it self
Hi, generally the app is always having minor issues but after latest update it got the terrible massive issue thats when you have in background working app suddenly you release that it went offline and you have to relunch it again. Imagine you are in Airport waiting your turn between thousands of drivers and after 35 minutes of waiting you realize that your app went offline in background. Second major issue is that when you are online and same time you are speaking with viber or whats app you mostly are missing the incoming order because the Bolt driver app does not give sound alert only gives you quick banner alert which you can easly miss it.
