Description
Thanks to the Bombay Express mobile app, you can easily get your favourite Indian food deliered to your home or work. The app can be also used to order take away or eat in at a particular branch. A bonus is our loyalty program - collecting credits and using them on future orders.
The Bombay Express App enables to:
- check our menu and current delivery zone
- have your food delivered in Prague, Pilsen and Olomouc with free delivery over 650 CZK (minimum order is 350 CZK, from 350 - 649 CZK you will pay for delivery 25 CZK/km)
- in Vienna, the minimum order value for delivery is EUR 20 and the price for delivery is EUR 2.50 per order- order and pay online directly in the app
- pay also in cash or with paper meal tickets (depends on the currently available options)
- collect loyalty credits for each order paid by card and use them within your next purchase (in Czech republic the reward is 5 % from each order paid by credit card, in Austria 10 % from each order).
- leave your feedback directly in the app

Used to be good
I used to order from this app a lot, but last two attempts weren’t successful. First time couldn’t change address and then decided to get it myself. Ordered it and paid. In the app it said its not paid and I have to pay and I was in the circle of that. Then finally got email that I paid and its being prepared. But app isn’t working properly. Now after 2 weeks wanted to order and still no change. Not possible to change the address so I cannot order. I still have my points I wanted to use, but not possible.
Please do something about it.

The problem you are reporting (the possibility of changing the address) was fixed in the last app update at the beginning of February) - in version 1.2.17. App functionality
Not sure if it’s just me but I am mostly ordering food to eat in the restaurant and it seems the team has no information about my order. I always have to show them my phone so that they can see what I have ordered. And they only start to prepare the meal after I approach them. The app also let’s you order a meal that is not available.

Hello, thank you for your feedback. We spoke to the branch manager of the respective branch. For the eat in orders, there is a set time for preparation of the orders. The branch can of course mark them ready as soon they are ready. Sometimes it can happen that they mark it ready but then the food is waiting for the customer, which they want to prevent. We advise that you can write the time in the "Note" when you wish to pick up your eat in order and they will prepare it for this exact time. Thank you and have a nice day, Bombay Express team.
