I bought tickets for all my family and a week after the flights were cancelled, they offered me the option to pay full price to change the tickets (so I would have to pay them twice), I asked them to refund the money as I did not get what I bought. It’s been 4 months I haven’t go my money (500eur), they have no help desk and their email does not work. I called the airline directly and they told me they haven’t even claim the refund of my tickets. This is just unacceptable, don’t buy with kiwi.

There is no name on confirmations

Hello. The app is great but the significant disadvantage of both the app and the web is that every time I book a hotel I need to write to support to ask for a confirmation with my name on it. It is so time consuming especially if you have 5 or more bookings at once and first, you have to ask for it and then wait for each confirmation for about a day or more. It was not like this in the past. Once you booked, you got a full confirmation with your name on it. Probably it is something insignificant for most travellers but as I need to apply for visa every I travel I need my name on the confirmation. I am convinced that there are many travellers who need visas as well and have the same problem. I wish you changed it. Thank you

The app does what it needs to but lately for some reason, notifications are not showing (they ring a pop up and then disappear from notification centre, this wasn’t a case few months ago), also Customer support tab in messages for some reason keeps showing up as unread, even though I haven’t requested anything and when you open it it just gives you some generic message. Also I’m not sure what is the point having a hotels from 3 months ago still in messages, without any option to remove them. If you have more accommodations lined up, you have to scroll every time, it is just unnecessary.

For me, it was a great hotel with two stars. What was offered was there. The location was great, metro and bus 5-10 minutes from the accommodation and about 20-30 minutes to the center or the beach by public transport. Although not located in a completely safe and clean neighborhood, we didn't have any bad experiences. If you go to the main road and not through narrow streets, we felt safe there even at night. The staff was nice and very helpful. The room was clean, everything needed was available.
