Amazing, but difficult for business travelers
I would just be glad if the hotels would be better informed about the fact that I need the invoice for my business travels (when I have the company’s billing info there, and the invoice is said it’s wanted in this app while I book the concreate hotel).
* The accountants also have issues with provided payments through Booking by the business travelers (which is needed for the accounting of their business) which is very problematic.
There is no name on confirmations
Hello. The app is great but the significant disadvantage of both the app and the web is that every time I book a hotel I need to write to support to ask for a confirmation with my name on it. It is so time consuming especially if you have 5 or more bookings at once and first, you have to ask for it and then wait for each confirmation for about a day or more. It was not like this in the past. Once you booked, you got a full confirmation with your name on it.
Probably it is something insignificant for most travellers but as I need to apply for visa every I travel I need my name on the confirmation. I am convinced that there are many travellers who need visas as well and have the same problem.

There are way to improve
As a frequent traveler, I am sick of filling the same check in information at every hotel, especially when I switch hotels everyday and need to check in for the whole family. Maybe do sometime if automatic check in please. Also, when choosing hotel via mobile phone I didn’t find the way to just look at the map and select the hotel on the large scale map. Often I don’t care which place to go, so I am scrolling through destinations and now I need to input names of cities.
