Impossible to connect
I can’t connect the PI5 to the app. The app doesn’t recognize any earphone. How to solve this problem?

Hi Oho121, many thanks for your feedback; we're very sorry to hear of the issue you have described.
Please reduce multitasking, including streaming, just when accessing the app and ensure there are not many competing wireless items in close proximity, such as keyboards, mice etc.

Can’t connect to Headphones
For some reason I am not able to connect my headphones via the function ‘tap to connect’. It says: we couldn’t find your headphones, but if I search: add new headphones, I can see them in the list and connect it as a new device.
Otherwise I really like this app, but it is useless, if it can not remember my headphones (Bowers and Wilkins PX). Thanks for fixing this issue
