By far the best STEM learning app and unbelievably good customer support

I have been using the app for about two years and have been satisfied with it. However, sadly, some advanced courses were removed entirely from the app over time. This really bugged me out and didn't make sense at all. Therefore, I wrote an email to customer support, explaining my frustration, and suggested an “archive” where the old “outdated” courses could end up. I got a response from the support team that they understand and will pass on the idea to the rest of the team, but I wasn't actually expecting them to implement it. And what do you know, after two weeks, an archived section with all my favorite past courses that I have not been able to finish was there!!! A huge props to the customer team. Never have I actually felt like a company took my feedback seriously up until now!!

My new favorite app

Such a great, mind sharpening, curiosity feeding content! I was looking for some good books to brush up math skills, physics and logic and interactive learning provided by brilliant is by far most effective in my experience. Only thing i would improve is design, it’s not getting in the way of content, but could be more eye pleasing. It’s not on par with excellent content and good iOS apps standard. But that could be fixed easily. Keep up the great work guys!
