Clean and simple but it’s just slow
I like the look of the app and seems pretty easy to work with but here a few issues if you are reading app product management guys you need to fix,
- from the time you open the app until you see your devices takes out 3-5secs that’s a long time in app world
- once loaded the devices take another 3-5 secs to get connected somehow it keeps showing Connecting
- you can’t operate on one device and move onto another nothing happens until one device is done raising or lowering the blind, really!
- when you have a schedule set on a device the schedule appears beneath the screen where you see the blind now when you are operating the blind from the phone the screen scrolls up and you don’t know how much opened. Lock the upper half scrolling or move schedule elsewhere
- Alexa integration is good but again it sometimes takes another 2 times for brunt to find devices. Alexa repeats exactly the name of the device that Brunt couldn’t find, in case you think I’m pronouncing the name incorrectly
- in case you might think I have slow connection or an old phone the answer is no i have an iPhone 8 and 300 Mbps Internet connection
