Don’t believe them!!!
They can close your account without any reason. Nobody will help you, theirs support is something unbeliavable - maybe there are robots on this chat. Trust me, all of you, if you want to avoid problems. Stay far away from Bunq. If you make decision, that you will try to believe them. Ok, but consequences are close to you :) ,

Identification doesnt work
The Identificarion process doesnt work in this app. Scanned my ID, then it asks to make selfie. There it stops as it needs microfon. The error msg says, my microfon is used by other app. Cant finish identification. From the app, there is no way to contact any support.

It sounds like you may need to check that microphone accessibility is turned on for the bunq app in your phone settings and make sure any other apps using the microphone are closed. We suggest you give this a go and then contact support if you still need further assistance 🌈
Account and money
If you open an account they’ll take your money and it’s impossible to close account. The biggest fraudulent scam bank
