Incredibly rigged
This game is rigged. Every single game i’ve played, there is always one lucky player who rarely pays rent and steps on the good cities, then the unlucky player who gets almost no cities and pays rent all the time and then the two mediocre players. As you can guess, the lucky player always wins, there is not a time where luck is equally distributed. Shame, as the game concept is really fun.
