See AllThe best app to learn some basics
Have been using this app to learn Spanish and German. It’s been updated since I first tried it out and I love all the updates. I just wish that in grammar review there were more topics covered. However comparing to the other language apps I have to say Busuu is the one that really helped me get good basics of the languages I’m learning. When I decided to enrol to the proper language school, they were surprised I never took any classes before. And I didn’t have to start from the very beginning, but already joined a bit higher level (at that time I only completed German A1 level on Busuu). And my Spanish is much better too! Always suggest it to all of my friends!
Better than duolingo in some ways
I have been using both Busuu and Duolingo for a long time. Each app has its pros and cons. I could say that Busuu is better in teaching you a new language from the very beginning. All the grammar, right pronunciation and explanation of how the language works - it is necessary to know all this for understanding the language and that is what you can find only here, in Busuu. The main downside of this app is that it is not as catchy as duolingo. Duolingo keeps you more motivated and gives you overall more opportunities to gain XP and to keep you in a competitive mode. That means there is a higher chance of keeping longer learning streak with Duolingo than with Busuu.
To sum it up, if you want to learn language in a practical way and you don’t mind less catchy environment, LEARN WITH BUSUU.
One of the best Language learning app
I really enjoy learning on bussu. It’s easy, well made and there is everything you need for learning a language. Unlike Duolingo you learn useful and meaningful words and sentences, that are in order, also you’re learning grammar and not just words, that you will learn by heart. Also the progress is not so slow. What I also like is that everything is basically free, you don’t have any restrictions, when it comes to learning, lot of apps are great, but usually you have to pay to get more learning material, but on bussu you can achieve all the lessons. One negative thing on this app is that for longer time it can be little bit boring or better to say repetitive. Overall I think, that Busuu is one of the best learning apps.
