Poor Quality and Corrupt, Avoid!
Product supplied as part of car purchase and given as 1 year free.
When the request to continue for another year was made I mailed back to say I didn’t want it as the app is useless and holds now value considering all the information really needed can already be done via other means for free.
The cancellation wasn’t done. Then a request came in to pay and I said no thanks and the shocking customer service advisor accused me of not reading terms and conditions. Then also implied “was going to make a deal” but now no and will seek legal enforcement that I need to keep the unwanted product for 12 months.
So we will have some fun chasing legal enforcement of €120!!
So product review:
- App is clunky and doesn’t really work
- information obtained is standard information you can get using your phone or any onboard telematics which comes with most new cars anyway.
- the maps connected are out of date and have the wrong street names in it.
Customer Support:
- just useless and reflects the cheap quality product.
Overall rating: not even worth 1 star. They give it away free because it’s so bad and try and force you to stay.
