CIMCON Digital vibration sensor is a scalable, compact, and simple to install Plug and Play device that monitors your machine's important mechanical rotating components.
CIMCON Digital vibration sensor analyses tri-axial vibrations, temperature, acoustic signals and forecasts hidden mechanical defects before the machines fail. The app will show you how to install and configure the app on your mobile phone. This application was created for CIMCON Digital's valued customers, channel partners, and OEMs. Now you have access to all of the information you need regarding vibration and its monitoring services. There are options to connect the vibration sensor to CIMCON Digital-cloud on the Indices Dashboard.
• Search for VIBit devices connected to the machine using the app.
• Pay attention to the VIBit's real-time data.
• In order to use the app, you will need VIBit’s login credentials and hardware. Now, you can check machine health.
An alarm list and alarm detail gives a list of all the updates of each sensor on each asset. Each alarm is curated carefully to exactly describe what is the condition of the asset, whether it is in a warning state or critical state. In addition, VIBit push notifications that will keep updating its users about the conditions of the machines.
