Citymove combines direct payment for parking fees and the purchase of public transport tickets with various shared modes of transportation. Simplify your travel, park comfortably even in residential zones, search for public transport timetable, buy tickets, or use shared bikes or electric scooters. Citymove shows on the map everything you need to move around Prague. You can see which shared means of transport is closest to you, how far your tram is, and whether you have missed a bus or can catch the metro. You can easily check which parking zone is in your destination and easily pay the parking fee, and you can also buy a public transport ticket right away.

Welcome to Citymove 3.2! We listened to your feedback and made paying for parking and buying tickets even easier. Simplify traveling around Prague. Pay for parking in residential zones, look at the live positions of trams and buses, or use shared scooters, bikes, and cars. Best app for easy parking payment
There are many ways to pay for parking in Prague, but this is by far the fastest. Dont give up after registration, once you link your MPLA account, its really a breeze.
The worst app update I ever experienced
Updated:
The update came with the worst possible timing - during parking in the middle of city with no time to spend several minutes with setting up the entite app. Neverthless when all is done application works just fine and fullfills everything you need from it. Thanks to the update I discovered that it is possible to park also on blue zones for limited time.

Developer updated recently application with following results - automated logout from account and not possible to login again unless password is reset, removed payment method so it is not possible to pay for parking unless you add, register and process testing payment again. That is crazy! Sitting in car, want to pay for short term parking, control cars passing by and I have to spend 20 minutes with setting the app completely again from the scratch. Have you ever thought about customer journeys, added value, etc.!?

Hello, We needed to change our partner for parking fee payments, and with this change, we are using a different payment gate. That's why it is necessary to log in again and add a new payment card. Lack of engineering & product excellence
1. Opened the app - crashed; 2. Opened the app back and got freezed and ask to upgrade; 3. Upgraded the app; 4. Got logged out; 5. Got logged back in; 6. No credit card error. Tried to add my credit card back - a Revolut card that I used with Citymove for a very long time; 7. Got an error that I CANNOT use the card. Payment provider doesn’t allow it; 8. Went to search for a parking machine. I’ve been using the app for a very long time and recommended the app to many people. It is difficult to comprehend how such a company has such an attitude to engineering, product & release excellence: one release and break the major functionality in the moment of need.

Thank you for your feedback. We had to change the parking fee payment provider, and that's why it is necessary to add a new payment card. Unfortunately, our current payment gate does not allow cards from companies outside of the EU, which some Revolut cards are.
