Application Club card
Last 1-2 week my application doesn’t work, and I can’t submit form for contact Tesco, because when I add version of app( Verze aplikace Clubcard) (4.12.0, they write “it doesn’t exist”). What can I add into this field for apply application?
I see my card in app and point, but cannot convert point into koupon and cannot see my history for purchases from 2.5.

Coupons
I just read other reviews and I see I am not the only one who was completely misguided by this app. Not being aware that even after you mark your coupons for use, you have to scan them (totally illogical), my 10% off coupon was left unused. I had to contact the customer service TWICE because the app one didn’t even want to talk to me and just send random copied answer that they thank me for my feedback. Only after exchanging several emails with the other one person, did I find out about it. However, I was treated as an idiot for not knowing, was not offered a compensation (it would be easy to calculate for example a credit coupon for my next purchase based on the money I would have saved using the coupon) and on top of it all, the fact that you have to scan coupons separately is only hidden somewhere in terms of use - it is NOT plainly mentioned in the app (next to the coupons or on the coupon itself), on the campaign leaflet or FAQ. For these reasons it all seems that Tesco does it on purpose - wants to be vague and mislead their customers. I am very disappointed.

Well it could be better
I like the app itself and general use, but as other people said the coupons and the card can be used at once. We need to put each differently.
My main problem is, the discounts my friends using are much better than mine, but my discounts are much smaller. Does it vary this much?
