Using VideoIdent in the Commerzbank App you can…

Use your ID card or Passport to verify yourself…
comfortably from home or on the go, without needing to go by a branch or the Post Office.
The VideoIdent can be completed from 8:00 – 24:00. You will be assisted by an Ident Specialist.
With the Commerzbank IDENT App you can, as a Banking client, sign documents and contracts and verify your identity with AutoIdent.
You complete the steps on your own time without waiting. AutoIdent accepts ID documents from the European Union as well as Switzerland. AutoIdent also accepts the German resident card for non-EU citizens.

Not possible to confirm identity
App is crashing almost a week. I am not able to confirm my identity because app crashes everytime while connection speed test.
Last version of iOS, updated app and nothing helps.
