Sappiamo bene che il miglior viaggio che possiamo offrirti deve riservare meno sorprese possibili. Per questo, abbiamo completamente riprogettato la nostra app con molte nuove funzionalità che ti permettono di viaggiare in totale tranquillità.

Usa l'app di Cotral, mettiti comodo e viaggia a bordo dei nostri bus, treni Metromare e Roma-Viterbo.

▶ COSA TROVI NELLA NOSTRA APP

- Calcola il percorso: dicci dove vuoi arrivare e il nostro travel planner ti dirà esattamente quali mezzi prendere, inclusi i Atac e Trenitalia.

- Acquista il biglietto direttamente in app e quando sali a bordo del bus, ricordati di validarlo inquadrando il QR-Code.

- Aggiungi le corse che utilizzi di frequente e ricevi notifiche personalizzate in caso di soppressione, ritardi o deviazioni.

- Tra quanto passa il bus? Nella sezione Fermate trovi i tempi di attesa real time del tuo bus. Non solo! Hai anche informazioni sull’affollamento in tempo reale del mezzo.

- Consulta gli orari: tutte le corse sono aggiornate al millisecondo e puoi anche aggiungere la tua ricerca ai preferiti per consultare i tuoi orari più velocemente.

- Il trasporto pubblico è il modo più sostenibile di muoversi. Nella sezione Profilo scopri quante emissioni di CO2 hai risparmiato rispetto all’uso dell’automobile.

- Se riscontri eventuali problematiche sul Cotral segnalale tramite l’apposito servizio: un sedile rotto, il pavimento sporco, un pulsante fermata non funzionante. Aiutaci a migliorare la tua esperienza in Cotral.

Verze 4.9.4

Finalmente ci siamo! Ecco cosa abbiamo migliorato in questa versione:

• Bug fix: Abbiamo (finalmente) risolto quel fastidioso problema che bloccava alcuni utenti durante l’acquisto e la validazione del biglietto. Risolti anche molti altri bug minori. Ora tutto fila liscio.

• Aggiornamenti regolari in arrivo: da oggi, rilasceremo aggiornamenti periodici per garantire che l’app sia sempre all’altezza delle tue aspettative.

What is that?

If you’re dowlonding this app in hope, that it will helps you… you’re wrong. This is the worst bus app I EVER try! The whole system of Cotral Bus is so bad.
I was tourist in Italy, Rome. Thanks to coincidence I foud that I can go to Rome by low cost bus. First problem was to find the shop, where you can get the ticket and the second one was to find the bus stop at the airport. You can say “This is your problem because application can show you shops, where you can get the ticket” and if you say that you’re holly wrong! When I wanted to got tickets to the way back to the airport I must visited 5 tabacco shops in whole Rome to get them!!! OMG. Then when we finally got this tickets we cant found the bus stop at Termini metro station. There is no sign, nothing. Nobody helps you. If you try to call to the help line - nobody will answer you. What a surprise! And many more bugs…
Like I said the whole system is worng.
But there is one positivity - instead of 14€/person for train ticket to Rome you will pay only 3.40€/person.

Scamming people going to the airport

We downloaded the app as the website suggests to buy tickets for our way to FCO airport. The app told us which tickets to buy (2.80€x4), so we bought them. Once the bus arrived at the bus stop (15 minutes late) the driver told us that the tickets are not valid and made us pay 7€ for the fare. All of the other passengers that boarded the bus with us had the same problem. (about 10 other people)

Horrible app

I cannot even register. Eve though I tried via Google or apple id, they request additional info. And does not allow to register anyway. So I cannot buy a ticket.
