Complaint

I bought this package and i considered that with the payment , i get the package complete and that is all, but I charged again and I do not know what is the reason? I can not find the way to unsubscribed and do not pay more. Please let me know . Thanks

disappointed, not recommended

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Coursiv. Despite clearly explaining my situation, which involved a severe medical emergency and limited access to their platform, they refused to issue a refund. The company’s policies are inflexible and do not account for cases where users genuinely cannot utilize the service due to unforeseen and critical issues. They claim to value customer satisfaction, yet their actions demonstrate otherwise. They have made no effort to accommodate my situation, which was beyond my control. I am left feeling frustrated and unsupported, and I cannot recommend Coursiv to others given their lack of empathy and unwillingness to offer even a partial refund in light of my exceptional circumstances.
