Problem with a smart plug with electricity metering

I bought a smart lock. It measures the power consumption in addition to turning it off and on. It supports Apple Homekit. I have all my devices in Homekit, so I want to have this plug in there too. The manual says to install it using the Cozylife app. I've done that. After launching the Cozylife app and plugging in the smart plug, the app said "Device found: 1" and prompted me to Add. I clicked Add and a window appeared with my WiFi. I entered my Wifi password and clicked on Next Step. The Adding message appeared and underneath it was the Metering Socket and something downloaded over the internet. Then the Support Homekit message appeared with Cancel and Confirm options. I selected Confirm. A screen popped up with the Homekit household name at the top and the Home prompt + Add Homekit Device. I clicked on + Add Homekit Device. The Add Accessory window appeared to scan the QR code from the socket, I did that. The Light window appeared, prompting Add to Apple Home Ecosystem. I clicked on the prompt. The message Connecting to Light appeared, telling me to stay within range of the plug and leave it connected to power. I did. It took a very long time and then I got an error message Access cannot be added, Unknown error occurred. My goal is to connect the plug to the Homekit home site and control it there and measure the power consumption with it. If I add the plug using a function in Homekit, everything works fine, but there is no information about the power consumption available anywhere. If I only add the plug in Cozylife, everything works including the power measurement, but controlling the plug in Cozylife is useless, because I have all the other devices in Homekit. What could be the problem? Why doesn't the socket added to Homekit measure the electricity consumption? And why can't I add a plug as a device to Homekit from Cozylife? And if this way works, will the plug in Homekit show the measured power consumption?

Developer Response ,

Hello.
1. If the homekit device is paired with cozylife first, it can be paired with homekit under certain conditions, these conditions include:
The device supports homekit;
The router connected to the device supports intranet communication;
2. The metering function of the metering socket can only be viewed in cozylife at present

Graphs
