Overall positive experience
I'm using the app and system for two years, and can't say there were any negative experiences. Everything I ever needed worked as expected, the customer support was always helpful and fast even on a weekend, the card is great and never had any problems with pay. Also it came after eight days after I ordered, the months long waiting times mentioned by users are baffling to me, but I personally know someone who waited that long, so there must be an issue on someone's side. Can't say that much about some of the functions, as I'm only trading, and yes the fees can be substantial, but you simply have to calculate them into your profit line. I know that I would get more when trading in other ways, but I have no problem to trade a part of my profit for the convenience of the system. I'm still earning enough, and the money is always at hand. So in the end, I can imagine that people have real problems with this app and system, but for me it's a well working and reliable environment, which is well worth a piece of my profit.
The UI is modern, but the functionality is terrible
Crypto Earn sounds great in theory, but the reality is quite different. The interest rates look good at first, but then you realize you’re locked in for long periods with no flexibility. If you need to withdraw early, the penalties are harsh, and the process is painfully slow. It took over a week for my withdrawal to process. The lack of transparency makes it difficult to trust this platform. Add in their lackluster customer service, and you have a frustrating experience overall. Definitely not ...
Not such an amazing deal
The offer seems all great at first, but transfers are expensive, there are fees for almost everything, the card that I ordered (and had to earn by locking up money for 6 months) has had Pending status for months now, they also change conditions all the time, especially for the Crypto Earn. And they cancelled the air drop after just a few months even though first there were all these big promises how it’s super beneficial to get on board early and stay for long term. I am a little annoyed by needing to update almost every time I launch the app.
