Create a counter for each habit that you are trying to get rid of. If you are trying to quit smoking, create a counter and set the last time you had a cigarette. The app will show you how long it’s been since you smoked for the last time. Tracking your progress will help you stay motivated.

Whenever you want to smoke again, open Days Since and check your progress. You don’t want to reset that counter, do you?

This app is GREAT. I tried a lot of habit tracking / quit helping apps, but this one is the best by far. Simple, intuitive UX, beaitiful minimalistic design, no ads, no subscriptions, no hidden payments. I 100% recommend this one. Great work guys!

The only thing I miss is a donate button, because I definitely want to support apps (and teams) like this!

All you need

Love the simplicity, no fancy useless features. It's all you need. The only thing I'm missing is "pause counter" or "stop counter". Eg. if I break coffee detox for a week, I reset the counter and want it to stay on 0 until I start with the detox again. Would be nice to have this option. Thanks!

Really good so far. I’d like to also have count down and recursive items but I guess that’s out of the scope.
