Order help

Good app, but don’t expect any “order help”. All they will do is apologize and do nothing 🙃

It’s not about the app

The rate is not only attributed to the app. That’s the rate to the whole service quality. That is not okay when:

- Customer support continues writing you in French when you said you speak English only; (is it some kind of joke, really?)
- Couriers do not contact you when they arrive;
- The only place they do contact you is the chat you had no idea about even exist in the app;
- There’s no customer support line in English;
- Couriers do not try to interact with the surrounding in case something goes wrong. Say I was in a hotel, courier did not even try to approach the receptionist.

Overall, I’ve been a client for at least half a year and with this review I am deleting this app. The latest order was a disaster, everything was executed in a way to make me feel that they don’t care about their clients. I’ve got more than 200 delivery orders for the last two years, so I believe I got enough data to compare.

Absolute trash app

First time I write review like this. Ordered a food in Paris, it’s now an hour late, app is still “assigning a driver” and the place is closed in the meantime. How are you going to pick it up if it’s closed??? And customer support? On live chat I’m number 120 in the line and on phone nobody is available. Not possible to cancel order. I will report this as fraudulent charge. What an absolute joke
